We are looking for an architect who has successfully designed and delivered projects to a high technical standard whilst retaining the original architectural intent. You will be joining our dedicated team of architects and technologists based in Belfast.
We would encourage applications for this permanent role from those that meet the requirements below:
ARB or RIAI Registered
Concept Design and Design Development
Production of drawings throughout all RIBA Stages
Production of detailed Construction Drawing and Specification Packages
Contract Administration of Completed Projects at Construction Stage (UK/Ireland)
Experience of UK or Ireland Contracts
Excellent Communication Skills
Demonstrated Architectural Design and Presentation skills
Proven competency in the delivery of high quality architectural projects
Demonstration of professional training/development post qualification
Delivery of projects using BIM Level 2
UK/EU Driving License
