Due to an increasing portfolio of interesting and challenging projects throughout Ireland, we are looking for experienced architects who relish taking personal responsibility for projects and client relationships, within a supportive studio based environment. We are looking for an architect who has successfully delivered projects to a high technical standard whilst retaining the original architectural intent.
You would be joining a team of twenty people, working on a wide variety of interesting new build, retrofit and conservation projects across multiple sectors, including but not limited to: Community, Health, Heritage Intervention, Leisure, Education and Residential. We have successfully delivered NZEB, Passive House and BREEAM Excellent projects and currently delivering the first Operational Net Zero Leisure Centre in Ireland.
We offer a wide variety of CPD and support targeted CPD courses for individual career development within the practice: NEC Project Management/Supervisor; BIM Management; Passive House; Conservation RSUA/RIAI. Alongside this we host building visits and social events outside the office: eg Taste of Belfast Food Tour/ office attendance at RSUA Design Awards.

Essential Criteria:
ARB or RIAI Registered
Demonstration of architectural thinking, design and technical understanding
Desirable Criteria:
Proven competency in the delivery of high quality architectural projects
Production of detailed technical Construction Drawing and Specification Packages
Contract Administration of Projects at Construction Stage (UK/Ireland)
Delivery of projects using BIM
Experience of UK or Ireland Contracts
Demonstrated Communication Skills
UK/EU Driving Licence
