Hall Black Douglas are seeking an experienced architect, who is seeking to develop their architectural career and utilise their skills within a supportive studio environment, that values a considered and contextual approach to design.
We are seeking a qualified professional who is passionate in the design and delivery of architecture that fulfils each client’s needs and exceeds their expectations. This approach has been adopted by the practice for four decades across diverse scales, specialisms and sectors from urban design and new build projects to conservation, sustainability and adaptive reuse.
You would be joining a team of twenty people, on an expanding portfolio of projects across N Ireland and Ireland. We would encourage applications form individuals who have successfully developed and delivered projects to a high technical standards in either new build or conservation settings across a variety of sectors.

Essential Criteria:
Architect: ARB or RIAI Registered
Demonstration of architectural thinking, design and technical understanding
Desirable Criteria:
Passion for architecture and design
Proven competency in the delivery of quality architectural projects
Production of detailed technical Construction Drawing and Specification Packages
Contract Administration of Projects at Construction Stage (UK/Ireland)
Delivery of projects using BIM
Experience of UK or Ireland Contracts
Demonstrated Communication Skills
UK/EU Driving Licence
